Registration: We remind you that according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all foreign citizens must register with the migration service within five days from the date of crossing the border of Kazakhstan. You can find out the details of registration by calling 100

Booking: 1. The hotel provides temporary or long-term accommodation for guests for the period specified in the application or booking.
2. Each guest arriving at the hotel must present an identity card upon booking
3. The arrival and departure of guests from the hotel is monitored 24 hours a day
4. You can book rooms by phone, at the reception or on the basis of a postal, electronic or written request
5. The application for booking a room indicates: full name of the guest, date and time of arrival and expected departure, as well as the number and category of rooms, a guarantee of payment for accommodation

Note. Full payment is guaranteed upon booking. Please note that without full payment, the reservation will not be made

Booking and Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled before arrival, guests will be charged a refund of 20% of the total room rate. No refund will be made in case of cancellation on the day of arrival

Check-in: From the moment the guest is given the key, Administrator 1 will familiarize him with the conditions of stay in the room until the actual check-in

Breakfast: Breakfast in the form of: "buffet" is served in the restaurant located on the 1st floor of the hotel, from 08:00 to 11:00. Please note that breakfast is not included in the room rate

Check-in and check-out times: Standard check-in time at the hotel is from 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. In case of guest arrival earlier than the standard time or check-out later:
Check-in time from 01:00 to 12:00 - a fee for an additional day is charged and is considered the time of "Early check-in"; Guests arriving before 12:00 are required to pay for early check-in

Note! When a guest checks in 1-3 hours before the check-in time, the "Early Check-in" rate is automatically activated.
Check-in time from 12:00 to 19:00 is charged an additional half day and is also considered "late check-out" time

Note: If a guest stays at the hotel for 1-3 hours, he/she is charged for a full day

Discounts: In January of each year, the hotel enters into an agreement with representatives of legal entities. The agreement is concluded by companies upon agreement of both parties. The term of the agreement is 1 year. The agreement comes into force from the moment it is signed by both Parties. Discounts for individuals are not provided.
Room service: Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff changes bed linen daily. When extending the guest's stay, the bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Laundry and ironing services: The hotel offers laundry and ironing services for an additional fee. Items sent for washing will be ready on the same day. Orders are accepted with extension 100.
Safe: Please do not leave valuables or money in your rooms. For your safety, we offer you a safe for special valuables (free of charge);
Guests: Guests who are not staying at the hotel are not allowed into the rooms without registration.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Do not disturb: If you do not want to be disturbed, hang a sign saying "Please return in a while". If you do not want to receive incoming calls, please inform the reception (Reception 1);
Wireless Internet: Free of charge. Call 100 to connect a computer. Reception 1 provides information on how to connect to the Internet.
Restaurant: The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel. The restaurant offers local and European cuisine. Food and drinks can be ordered to your room from 08:00 to 22:00. Spa: Allow yourself to relax! The hotel has an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a steam bath, a hammam, for your good rest. Opening hours from 11:00 to 23:00.
Warning! Entrance to the pool in outerwear and underwear is strictly prohibited! Swimsuits can be purchased at the second reception desk. Shoes and towels are provided at no extra charge.
Massage: Hotel guests can take advantage of the services of a wellness massage (peeling, massage). Massage services are paid. Check the details and cost of services with our staff. To receive the service: massage / peeling, call 100. Opening hours from 11:00 to 23:00.
Safety and warnings: According to the internal rules of the hotel, inviting guests from outside is prohibited. We ask you to remain calm in the hotel! We ask you to use the property of the hotel carefully! We ask guests of our hotel to turn off electrical appliances in the room when leaving the room!
Hotel staff: Hotel staff are responsible for performing their functional duties for the good rest of each guest staying at our hotel.
Photo - video shooting: Photo and video shooting is carried out for an additional fee, on the territory of the hotel, in the lobby, in the pool area, in the corridor. In the rooms, shooting is allowed upon full payment those for the category of the hotel room selected by the guest. All information about the use of hotel locations for video filming, photo shoot: "LOVE Story" and wedding filming can be obtained from the staff, more precisely at 1 Reception
Security: The facility is under a security system. The hotel territory is automatically monitored and recorded by cameras and 24-hour video surveillance is conducted. In case of violation of order or disturbance of silence, the hotel administration has the right to call the Emergency Response Team and evict the guest, without reimbursement of costs, damage.
Note: The guest is responsible for visitors invited to the room.
The administration of the hotel "BARKHAT" reminds that in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in case of violation of the hotel rules by a resident, the administration has the right to collect a fine. For violation of the hotel rules, for damage to property, for inappropriate behavior, for disturbing the peace in the hotel, for disturbing other guests, fines will be imposed according to the price list.
